Hospital Workers' Compensation

IPS has designed its programs to meet the unique processes of Workers' Compensation billing and reimbursement programs with a carve-out payment for implants. By contracting with IPS, the provider is no longer responsible for claim submissions to Workers' Compensation for medical devices. More importantly, IPS takes responsibility for payment to the manufacturer. Thus, hospitals may have devices available to surgeons at no cost. IPS can interface directly with hospitals and other healthcare providers to create a streamlined and consistent Workers' Compensation claims submission system with no disruption to the ordering or shipping processes currently in place.
